Henning enjoys continually exploring the mind-body connection and the role of pattern, habit, nutrition, movement, and mentality on wellness.
Working as a wellness coach in the corporate sector has only strengthened his commitment to helping his growing client base counterbalance the impacts of the daily grind. He shares “Exercise will keep the body resilient as we constantly battle gravity, unnatural body adaptations while sitting in zoom meeting, cars, etc. Being able to positively impact ones energy is vital to financial, social, mental and physical wellness. I love partnering with my clients to have this type of impact.”
